Sigma 14mm f/1.4 DG DN Art
Overview
The Sigma 14mm f/1.4 DG DN Art is a full frame 14mm f/1.4 prime lens made in 2 mounts. It weighs about 1170g and has no front filter thread, and it's weather sealed.
It's a strong choice for astrophotography, landscape. Wide (14–24mm equivalent) and fast (f/2.8 or brighter) to gather starlight.
Like most fast primes, its real strengths are low light and background blur. At f/1.4 it gathers around four times the light of a typical f/2.8 zoom, so you can keep shutter speeds up indoors, and its shallow depth of field gives the creamy bokeh that makes your subject stand out from the background.
In our database it fits 41 camera bodies natively. Approximate new price is £1,499; MPB had none in stock when checked.
