The Canon EF-M 32mm f/1.4 STM is a aps-c 32mm f/1.4 prime lens for the Canon EF-M mount. It weighs about 235g and takes 43mm filters.

Like most fast primes, its real strengths are low light and background blur. At f/1.4 it gathers around four times the light of a typical f/2.8 zoom, so you can keep shutter speeds up indoors, and its shallow depth of field gives the creamy bokeh that makes your subject stand out from the background.
It's made for APS-C cameras. It also mounts on full-frame bodies of the same mount, but they drop into crop mode and lose more than half their resolution, so we don't recommend pairing it with a full-frame camera.
In our database it fits 7 camera bodies natively. It is no longer sold new; used at MPB it sells for £354 depending on condition and mount (checked 6 November 2026).
