APS-C or full-frame lenses? Lenses made for APS-C are smaller, lighter and cheaper, and they cover the wide angles properly. Full-frame lenses fit and work fully on the EOS 77D, but you carry glass sized for a bigger sensor, and a 24-70mm frames like 36-105mm, so it isn't wide. Full-frame lenses make most sense for telephoto, fast primes, or if you plan to move to a full-frame body later.
